​We are Elevate Performance Group, a hospitality company.  

After years of our careers taking us on parallel paths, 2018 found us both living in Charleston, SC. A happenstance call from a former hospitality colleague created a spark that got us thinking that it was finally time for us to work together. After many long conversations about our shared passion for hospitality and service, we knew we collectively had something special to offer.  
 

We have spent our entire careers focusing on elevating the success of others, whether as hotel General Managers, hotel brand support leaders, asset managers or hospitality consultants. When it came to deciding our company name, Elevate Performance Group was the natural choice.  
 

Making the decision to pool our expertise allows us the privilege and opportunity to work with amazing clients — all across the U.S.— that includes hotel owners and management companies, destination management organizations, venue management companies, private corporations and state government agencies.
