Collaborate with leadership to develop a mission statement and identify values that embodies the desired culture of the organization. We will define crucial touchpoints and develop reinforcement tools and activities that will cultivate this culture.
LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
Assist in determining the most effective leadership staffing model for the organization. The model will be accomplished through the development of job descriptions, determination of key performance indicators, and management of recruitment resources.
LEADERSHIP COACHING & DEVELOPMENT
Facilitate the development of clearly defined leadership performance goals. We will support the leadership team in achieving these goals through coaching focused on strengthening or eliminating specific behaviors that can impact success.
TEAM MEMBER AND GUEST LOYALTY
Identify opportunities and implement initiatives that will develop fanatically loyal team members, which ultimately leads to fanatically loyal guests.
