Diane Thompson

Partner/Consultant

Diane has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry spanning operations, ownership, brand management, and consulting. Her career has included roles in brand management and franchise support with the Hampton Inn and Homewood brands; asset management for a large hotel REIT with holdings in Hilton, Marriott and Starwood family of properties; and multi-unit management that included oversight of branded 3- and 4-diamond hotels and independent boutique inns. While with the Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites brands, in addition to supporting the success of franchisees, she was instrumental in developing and implementing new brand standards, as well as participating in the development and delivery of a variety of training curriculums including Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites sales and marketing, revenue management, property management system and reservations sales training. She has operated a hotel management and consulting company, as well as partnered in a small franchise retail business.

Diane holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Administration. She has completed multiple leadership development curriculums including Excellence in Management through Promus Hotels and Leadership Intensive with Goals for Memphis. She completed strength-based leadership with Gallup and her top five Gallup Strengthfinder Themes are Input, Realtor, Positivity, Intellection, Adaptability.

Georgia Krewson

Partner/Consultant

Most recently a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap in commercial real estate investment sales focused on hospitality. At Marcus & Millichap she brokered the highest priced single asset in the National Hospitality Group's history and achieved investment sales of $198,000,000. Prior to her successful real estate career, Georgia spent 30 years with Holiday Inns, Promus and Hilton in hotel operations and brand management. She is respected as a results driven leader, collaborative partner and consultant who has a proven track record creating and leading high performing teams, project management and implementation, training, owner relations and change management.

Georgia holds an associate's degree from Midland's Technical College in Columbia, SC. She is a lifetime learner and feels her true education began with her first front desk job at a Holiday Inn and has continued throughout her extensive career. She has attended several professional training seminars that include Professional Coaching with Bixler Consulting, Presentation and Consulting Skills, Train the Trainer and Strengths Based Leadership with Gallup. Her top five Gallup Strengthfinder Themes are Learner, Maximizer, Arranger, Input and Achiever.
